I still can not access the NvM Folder please help me

i cant try until i get home, but im pretty sure that on the 6700, certain things (ESN) were hidden in the nvm folder until you put the phone into ##DIAG# mode

this mode also works on the 6800 but again i cant try qpst til i get home

there should be an app installed by qpst called nv_viewer use it to access nv folder

Shouldn't there be an app the in rom update that will make the rom writable? How else would the update change my spc and prl? Just an idea...But from what i saw there's just radio settings in the nvm folder.

fronz i have the latest version QPST 2.7 Build 263 which can recognise the Phone All NV Item can be Viewd Edited in Service Programming and RL NV Editor except for EFS Explorer

I already had my MSL, but I wanted to test your app. I copied it to my 6800's storage card, ran it, put in my ESN HEX number and voila...my MSL showed up exactly the same as what Sprint gave me. This is a very nice app that I will keep on my phone. Thanks!!

Where are you guys getting this GetSPC program from? I've looked through the thread and don't see any links to download. Thanks

Page 2, look for a post by isosdcftp about halfway down the page. You also have to be logged in for downloads to show up, so maybe that's why you couldn't see it before.
