Help - Settings Folder

I was messing around with my menus and just deleted my setting folder from my windows\start menu. I have not done a backup recently and would like to avoid a reset. I did a search on my device and cannot find the folder anywhere else. Any ideas on how I can restore this folder?

I have actually noticed that that folder is Empty!

Try creating a Settings folder there and see if it fixes it. Maybe the OS just needs a folder called Settings and then automatically populates it.
