Verizon Titan Replacement

Hey guys. I just called into verizon (phone is still under the year warranty so no asurion). They are still replacing the Titan. Some unfortunate news for us verizon Touch Pro hopefuls. I did try and ask, but they said no.

Vzw has tons of em still...its not that popluar for them... plus the Device doesnt even look the same, so its only one company instead of the rest of the world selling em...

It does suck that VZW isnt doing the same but they are still selling the device also. But then again, the TP on VZW really didnt impress me a lot either.

still, better performance than the titan. Also, I hate how tiny the Sprint TP keyboard is, that would drive me nuts.

I would take the Sprint version any day over Verizon. The arrow keys between n and m are stupid. It's an ugly memory crippled device.

Yeah I just got my replacement Titan in today, but it's got some hardware issues so I'm gonna take it the VZW Store and complain
I was told by a phone rep that if you have two replacements within 30 days of each other they'll upgrade you to a different phone
So lets give it a try shall we

Unless I get a TP free or through a insurance upgrade, I wont be going to the VZW TP. Its just not worth it to me. Im more than happy with my 68.

I just off off of the phone with Verizon and she said if I had problems with my 3rd replacement phone (to be shipped today) then I will be eligible for their different device program.
