Re: One button phone to vibrate

Why are you guy's so nervous about flashing an aftermarket ROM? They run better than stock. Read GaMedic's thread in the Upgrades section for more advice.

And it shouldn't be too hard to get the Wifi Switch, just download at nuerom.com after donating and getting access to the donator panel.

thanks.

Its an option that the newer builds of s2u2 gives you. All you do is enable volume control in the s2u2 settings. I also have the option set for transparent background. Go here and grab the s2u2-vc.zip http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=464695 it shows you how to add the shortcut. Map the shortcut with start > settings > buttons to a hard button on your titan. Wala your done hit the button that you have it mapped 2 and that screen will pop up.

Re: One button phone to vibrate

There are many ways to do this and I have tried most of them. I have found the easiest way is to use AE Button Plus.

http://ae.inc.ru/aebplus.php

It has many other features but I use this feature mainly.

For example I use the program to:

Button 2 (IE Button):
1 press runs IE
Long Press Rotates Screen

Left Soft Key
1 press (Presses Left Soft Key) normal operation
Long Press Switches Vibration mode on/off

Right Soft Key
1 press (Presses Right Soft Key) normal operation
Long Press Device Lock.

Jack,
I also needed something to switch by one button push...I also attend meeting and trainings where a phone has to be switched to silent or vibrate immediately... I have been using a very useful program on my mogul called Profiles for Windows...http://classic.pocketgear.com/softwa...sociateid=1224

You can set up to 9 profiles... name it however you like... for example I have one named Office, with a soft low tone ringtone, vibrate alerts, and ring low.... another stealth where everything is on vibrate...

Hope it helps you.....

Forgot to mention that it is all on your today screen, so all you have to do is press on profile screen and it will list all the profiles you arranged to your likings...

thanks - I did find (thanks to another reply - the excellent program AEPlus which allows remapping of all hard buttons with more than one function per button!

so I set my my right soft key pushed twice turns on vibrate, pushed once is it's normal function - works great
