My mogul 6800 will turn on only to vibrate and be a black screen will never show the sprint logo or anything but the green light will stay on but it will never boot up...anyone no a solution?

Well when did it last work? Did it work and you did something to it and now this happens? Do you have any remote accessing software like Pocket Controller installed?

Does it eventually make the Windows Mobile startup sound? Turn on the wifi switch, does the wifi LED blink? If so, you have a dead screen.
