Re: Retained SERO ($30) upgrading to Touch Pro?
My contract had already expired, but I did exactly that when I bought my Touch Pro at Best Buy. They had to call in to talk to Sprint, but it was no problem.

Re: Retained SERO ($30) upgrading to Touch Pro?
Thanks for the heads up. With this SERO plan, I don't care much about contract extensions, since its better than any other plan out there - hands down.
The last time I tried to upgrade, the Sprint store rep said they couldn't touch my account for some reason. Hopefully it doesn't happen for this upgrade. |

Re: Retained SERO ($30) upgrading to Touch Pro?
Seriously, the $30 SERO plan is unreal. I'm dreading the day I have to give it up.
Is there a way you could just pay full price for a phone, without any rebates or discounts from Sprint, and have them just switch your account to use the new phone by giving them something like the ESN number? |

Or go into a sprint store reporting a problem on your mogul. People have been reporting that they are getting the Touch Pro exchanged for FREE without having to extend their contract.

I'd like to simply keep the plan and pay full price for a phone, however I assume I cannot keep a $30/month plan forever. |
