I got two complaints already today - I'm posting on Howards to see if anyone has a problem with the p4000

Sprint is sending me a replacement

I'm hoping to have a replacement by next Wednesday so by the end of next weekend, I should be able to report if the replacement phone has the same issues as some users say they haven't gotten any feedback from their callers reporting any issues.

Cool. Definately keep us posted.

Well no surprise when dealing with Sprint - I got transferred several times - line eventually went dead a few times.

Then I got told since I got put in the new ensemble billing system my order got rejected and I need to call back - joy, oh joy.

I 've been on hold again for about 10 minutes - just waiting for the line to go dead.

A client of mine just got his PPC6800 yesterday. His very first phone call was about 3 minutes long and it was choppy. He did not have HTC x installed. He has a 310 BT headset I believe.

does anyone know if helmi or any of the big guys on here have started to work on this bluetooth issue i love the new mogul out side of the bluetooth sucking

Unfortunately they can't work on it until they have a rom of our phone to work with.

FYI if anyone is wondering the only app that I have that runs at all times is SPB Pocket Plus - I hard set my phone and tried it without SPB pocket plus and it still has that issue - I also didn't allow any of the extrom software to install. I don't have HTC X installed so that isn't the source of the problem.

FWIW, the Touch dialer skin has problems on the 6800. It's made for a GSM phone and isn't 100% compatible.
