i never used gamedics ROMS but i can tell you some that are impressive to me.

My phone is up and running, mms and internet work on GAs rom. =D> The only thing so far is I can't put the battery indicator on the today screen. It looks nothing like the rom in the photo, but i assume its a theme hes using. I may try a few roms. I really appreciate the help everyone.

And to think, I was just trying to get mms working :)

Yeah. I will definitely help someone out if they run into a similar problem. I learned a good bit going through all this.
get this though...
On GAs rom, if i click on an mms from someone, it just opens up immediately, just like on a non ppc phone.
I installed scroslers rom (it is sexy) but mms will not work, even with
the different mms cabs. A lot of people seem to have a lot of problems with the mms cab file tha 1badazchick linked to. It wants me to register an email address, which doesn;t work.

Oh well. I will go back to GAmedics rom for now, since everything appeared to work.

Uhh. Please search (as stated above). You can flash an RUU without ActiveSync...
