Help: I can receive calls but cannot call out!

My Mogul has been working fine for about a day now after activating it, although i couldn't send any sms all of yesterday. So now my phone can receive calls but cannot make calls out. When i try to call out it says "welcome to sprints activation hotline". So i try to activate the phone and the activation codes do not work! The codes i tried are ##080679# and ##392268#. So did anyone experience trouble sending out sms or was it just me?
