free raphael for titan @ sprint store

hey ya'll! just got a NEW mogul through tep($50) and had it two months when it stopped receiving data. called cs, took it into the store and they said it was a rare known issue. they then told me i could pay fifty buck and get a refurb. i said no thanks. they then said i could get a new one BUT new moguls are on back order with no date for new ones, AND that i could get the raphael for FREE! if your phone screws up i suggest NOT calling tep first. take it to the store and see what they might do about it. that is IF it is a real issue and not you screwing your phone up. be honest, worked for me! good luck! bb-c.
