my mogul's phone keeps saying "off". help??

Hi everybody, I just did my brother's htc 6800 (sprint mogul) into metro pcs. I unlocked the mogul using the HardSPL I found in this forum and flashed it to an Alltel ROM which I also found here. I have done the same thing on my mogul b4, thanks to all the members and threads in PPCGEEKS forums who helped me. But, this time, after I did the SuperCID and changed the esn, my phone just doesn't catch a signal, I don't know why, i can't even make one single call, even 611 doesn't go through. on the top left corner of the screen, it says "phone off", I turn it on in the communication manager and everything, but still cannot make a call. it says No service when the phone is on for few seconds. can anyone help me please?????

I want to know if the phone is bricked or what? if so, how can i fix it. please help me. any help is appreciatable. i very frustrated. i paid a lot for my phone & for my brother's one. i can't waste money like that....please help soimone....u can also pm me
