I guess you're taking one for the team. =D

-Is there anything special I need to do to have my battery icon on the top right to display correctly using HTC home? Everytime I try to take the clock off the battery thing comes up all weird looking. You can't even tell what it is.

Here's my screen. I threw in a pic of the dial pad and the calculator because I think they are cool. You can tell I like Black.

So the only way to remove that black line is to turn off the HTC Home? other then that there is no other way? now registry I could do to edit that?

are you sure you don't have some today plugin running under htc home? or are you using ultimatelaunch or something?

Usually there is not a today separator line after the last running thoday plugin. Goto Settings>Personal>Today click on the items tab and make sure that HTC Home is the only plugin that is checked on.

Otherwise, I'm not sure why there is a line there at all

no the way to get rid of the line is to "unlock" htc home from the today screen. go to hklm/software/microsoft/today/items/htc home and change the key "type" from a value of 5 to a value of 4.
