How do you change your Icons? I've been searching but I must not be using the right words?

Which icons? If you are talking about the ones on the HTC Home plugin, check the HTC Home Customizer on the Software forum.

The following are all the tabs from my Today screen:
  • SPB Pocket Plus for the tabs
  • SPB Phone Suite on my main tab for call/SMS/email notification, profiles, and photo dialing
  • WeatherPanel on my 2nd tab
  • TodayAgenda on my 3rd tab
  • Resco today plugin with compact skin for the battery/memory notification

Search for HTC Home Customizer and you'll see it in the software forum.

also its transparent..and all my program icons are under those small I.E icon Pocket Plus
