Here's mine....you can tell I like to keep the Today screen basic.

I use the Now screen for upcoming appointments and Email/SMS/VM counts and such and then the tabs on the SPB for anything on the today screen.

Leaves me with a nice big open screen to make some spiffy wallpapers for and see that big beautiful screen in action.

how were you able to have your friends pictures display on your htc today home plugin? is that speed dial for your favorite phone contacts or instant messaging,palringo, or something else? how do you do it? thanks.

I have the HTC Today Plugin and the SPB pocket shell. I wanted to know how can I have Icontacts instead of the regular contacts for the bottom left button?

Whenever I have a new phone, it will constantly change the first 2 months I have it. After 4 days here is where I am at at the moment:

how do you guys get the comm manager buttons on the today screen, like to enable/disable wifi right from the main screen?
