Here's my latest. I got tired of the "standard" look so I tried something new using side icons. This is Ultimate Launch with six tabs. Credit to whoever made the neon icons for the bottom tabs. I forgot where I picked them up. The side icons are from my gigantic icon set.

By changing the wallpaper I can have lots of different looks, so hopefully I won't get tired of this setup for a while.
