Can't remove or select some menu option screen...

Hey all,

I have two instances of Resco Explorer in my initial start menu on my Sprint Mogul. When I go into the SETTINGS>MENUS and try to uncheck the uninstalled icon of Resco or check the new icon for the installed version, i cannot do either. It says "cannot move that item."

So can't remove the old icon, or add the new one. This is the only menu item that acts this way...

Any thoughts?
