OH no!!!! Warranty replacement
Last night, one of the springs broke on the slide out keyboard of my XV6800. The sliding is loose and sometimes gets hung up on the broken pieces. A visit to my local VZW store today revealed that the phone wil not be fixed, but will be replaced under warranty. Now I have to start all over after all the customizations and installed programs... What happened to the days when a simple phone problem was fixed on site? This spring can't be a big job to fix...
In all my reading, I don't remember anyone mentioning broken springs on this phone. Anyone heard of this happening? __________________
