Picture Mail!?
Can anyone help me get picture mail working on my phone? Im on SERO and cant even login or sign up for it online. It says my number isnt a Sprint number? Ive tried to use sprints mms on my phone and I only get errors. What do I need to do?

Call Tech Support and explain the issue to them.. Ask them to check the number.. You are talking about the official Sprint MMS right?

smms doesn't work cus I can't access picture mail online with my pc. I tried chat with tech online but they said my phone wasn't compatible which I know is untrue. I guess ill have to call

My bad...I misread your original post. They probably just need to add the picture mail code to your account. Try to get someone in advanced tech support and they should be able to fix it fairly quickly.

+1..hopefully u dont have to go as far as ATS...but yea..a code or sumthin is needed to fix...wait..can u log into ur account online?? try adding picturemail urself...BUT i forgot bout da sero plan..u mite have to go thru TSS

Don't mention picture mail on your phone. Tell them you cannot log onto the picturemail website. They should text you a password.

And use sMMS!

Well I called and now im able to access everything on the website which is cool, thanks. I can use SMMS but the sprint picture mail still gives me errors. Just happy I can send pix now
