Re: Mogul 2 PSP

only thing i can think of to get you by is to use ics but use the cellular to the usb then share the laptops connection over wifi same way you did with the mogul creating an ad-hoc network and having it shared from the usb network adapter that ics will show up on the laptop (mogul)

Re: Mogul 2 PSP

like the ps3, i dont think the psp capable of connecting to an ad hoc network. what i do is feed my ics from the mogul into my router. the router then transmit to anything that connects to it. its a very simple setup.

1) setup wifirouter to connect to an access point only (NOT ad hoc);
2) disable DHCP in your router;
3) launch wifirouter and select 3G to Wifi;
4) connect your mogul wifi to your router.

now all other device should be able to connect to your router and access the internet. this is how i setup my ps3 and works great.

here is the full tech documentation: http://support.wmwifirouter.com/knowledge/KB0806019/

of course i realize that this will not work if you are traveling because you can not bring your router everywhere.

good info and nice video instruction to setup wifi network on the mogul. however, this procedure setup an ad hoc network, therefore, wont work with the psp because the psp and the ps3 do not connect to an ad hoc network.

the step i illustrated above will work with the psp or the ps3. it is also can be setup with free wmwifirouter version .91

Re: Mogul 2 PSP

I don't know.. PSPs do have adhoc connectivity. They just won't find the signal for some reason. Must be the mogul's fault or the program's fault.
