Call Verizon and keep hanging up till you get a woman. Don't get a southern woman as they always mess things up. Talk really nice and follow all she says. When it gets to screen alighning and you can't do it tell her. The girl will more than likley get you a replacment. If not then just keep calling back. That always worked for me, hope it does for you :)

call and get insurance. then wait two days and say you lost it or something. pay the deductible. send them the phone back later (as if you "found" it) if you feel self-conscious.

get the second hand lcd. Damage cost $75..
