I keep my phone in my pocket most of the time, i get tired of the carrying case, anyways ive been seeing the white dots and thought it might just be from smothing hitting up against the screen while in my pocket or just the plain fact that i drop it once in a while

anyways thanks for the tips

Ive been throgh maybe 10 or so moguls and eventually when I went to get the 11th the sprint store on 23rs street in Manhattan told me it would be a month wait.

I called *2 and told them about my experiences and they agreed to send me a new mogul. They did, but the one they sent me was in worse shape than the one I was sending back.

I then called the executive service line, talked to a lady and she said she couldn't do anything, she then told me to call Asurion and I did and got a Diamond, She then gave me a $50 credit.

You also could have done the advanced shipment that has been circulating the web lately. All viable options to solve your problems.

Can this Be erased......they dont even make moguls anymore and sprints Permanently out of Moguls....so theres nothing to recall

I have had a nice good run with my Titan. I have only begun to have the issues brought up in this thread (and yes, I did read EVERY post). Now my 2 cents...

I purchased my Titan used from a guy on craigslist for $200. Probably the best money I've ever spent on a phone. Tweaked the hell outta this thing (THANKS EVERYBODY) and had a general blast. Used most work arounds to solve most of the issues that I had. Now that I've had the phone for a little over a year and actually beat the phone to hell I've replaced it with the TP.
The thing is that I'm already on my 2nd TP after the screen/display just went crazy one day. At first it was when I slid open the keyboard but then just affected it all the time.
I guess what I'm saying is that I feel lucky that my Titan didn't suffer too many of these problems. Thank goodness. And I do really feel sorry for those that have suffered them. But please don't think that the Touch Pro will solve them. I'm just hoping I won't have to keep getting it replaced over & over again.

ive had my 68 for over a year.. and has been a great device.. way better than my 67...after tweaking it .. its tuff.. and decent battery.. it has its issues.... (ram).. but all in all a good unit.. no need for a recall.. white spots arent the end of the world

How long before Verizon permanently runs out of Titans? I thought the insurance companies where the same, although the phones are different.

So you are saying that the Insurance Replacement Centers stock different models? If so, I might try that route this time. Maybe I will luck out and get a Touch Pro instead.

No there are no more moguls! Only a fast diminishing supply of some remaining refurbs.
I had left my thread to die here months ago. If Sprint had just treated me/us fairly from the beginning they wouldn't have had to deal with this thread running top line of google results for searches such as "Mogul Recall" or "Sprint Recall Forced"...etc.
171 posts later, it has grown to some significance.
I should say though, that after owning the TouchPro for a couple months now- I've not experienced any problems with it at all and absolutely love the high res vga screen and the TV-Out capability with it...Although I did wish for it to come with a cable that worked with TV-Out rather than having to try and rig one or buy one on ebay or craigslist.

It shouldn't be long now before all have been upgraded and this thread can finally rest in peace.

You r always going to find something to complain about. got a new phone now u complaining about the accessories.
