please help voice command!!!!

On my mogul I am trying to get it set up where I do not have to program the names into the phone myself but just let it do what I used to be able to do on all the other regular phones that Ive had where I can just say a command and go. What program or what do I need to make this work? Please help I have to wear a headset while driving and cant keep going to my phone and programing in all the names myself! Please hurry I dont wanna crash my car because I cant figure out how to use my cool phone!
