Mogul 6.1 Help With updates?

Hello
I know there is a way to put other peoples created roms on this phone. i have a mogul version 6.1, which is pretty new. I just got this phone today and i want to upgrade my rom. My ex would always do this for me, but now she is refusing and it is time for me to grow up and be on my own.

Can someone tell me what programs i would need to swap Roms. I dont like this new 6.1 where you have to buy programs and stuff. Someone please help me and kind of guide me through what i would have to Download and what programs i would have to switch.

I am interested in the Dette Titan Ultimate rom. Would this work. Also, I know no2chem makes a lot of cool roms as well. So if you guys can help me and tell me step by step on what to do it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks For all you help ahead of time!!
