Repllog.exe error with WM 6.1

The error looks common on the forums but I have not found a solution. Any help would be appreciated.

I upgraded to the Mogul official rom WM6.1 and it no longer works correctly with my companies exchange server.

Will sync email and tasks only... if I check contacts or calendar it gives me a Repllog.exe error durring the sync.

Radio Version: 3.42.02
