Re: In-call volume, aaargh...
Turn the scroll wheel while in a call to adjust the volume.

Re: In-call volume, aaargh...
When you're in a call, spinning the volume wheel works to change volume.
Finding the *right* audiopara.csv file for your device can make a huge difference. So, if you're running a recent rom, something like http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=364201 Or maybe http://mogul-matters.blogspot.com/20...-with-cab.html I think the first one is correct though. Made a huge difference for me.

Re: In-call volume, aaargh...
Yeah I've been spinning the wheel like a madwoman. Does NOTHING
![]() I'm installing the audiopara thing right now... nada. Link 2 comes up with an invalid file. I did some more digging & read something about Manilla replacing the volume slider with this black menu that I'm getting... I DO have Manilla installed, maybe that's the problem? |

Re: In-call volume, aaargh...
I want the earpiece volume MAXed all the time, but every single call I have to use the scroll wheel up.
It's a pretty much standard maneuver for me - hit send, scroll up in next motion, tap screen to get rid of volume scroll popup window, THEN put phone to my ear. It's damn annoying. How do I get the phone on max earpiece volume 24/7? I can't find it in the settings at all. I am running WoW Vibrate - do I need to axe that app? |

Re: In-call volume, aaargh...
As someone said before yeah its the Manilla that u installed.. If you installed the manilla in parts you can Uninstall the Volume that you install for the Manilla application and that should make the sound better... Hope it helps

Re: In-call volume, aaargh...
OK here's how I fixed it- I DID install Manilla in one big piece, but I DLed & installed the Opal Overlay by itself & then uninstalled it. Viola- the volume slider is back
![]() I also edited the gain table via the registry & changed the sound value from 2 to 5. The only problem I will ever have with hearing people now is if this phone DEAFENS me. WOW this thing gets loud! Sweet. Thanks for your help guys. Last edited by kabuk1; 10-22-2008 at 12:44 AM. |
