Help with Olipro

I am trying to put Olipro 2.40 on my phone with i keep getting a communication error. Everything is plugged in correct. can it be since my phone already had 3.35? Please help

It will show the status bar on both the phone and the pcs with 0% then it will say that it cant communicate. I tried several different systems and cables since result. I even tried olipro from different sites to no avail. I am new to all this and its quiet fustrating

Nat, Look in that RAR file, inside the 6800 folder there will be a folder called Olipro-HardSPL 2.4, run a file called Titanunlocker.bat tell me what happens

Meanwhile check that and see if you have the same problem:

I keep getting this error With Bootloader Mode, I got the following:

- only 0%
- and finally ERROR [262]: UPDATE ERROR
