2 things.. Where can we buy a creadle for the 6800 since the 6700 doesn't work? Are those even available?

My brother usually buys these screen proctetors for his phone and they have lifetime warranty I will try and get the name or web adress for anyone who wants it.

I had something else to say but can't remember.. Oh yeah MicroSD cards, like the other previos post said which card is better? I dont know if I should get a kingston or sandisk.

Martin Fields Screen Protectors and $8 2gb MicroSD

I put a Martin Fields screen protector I got from AbsolutelyU.com. They don't carry one specifically for the 6800, so I had ordered one for the T-Mobile Wing since the screen size is identical. My screen looks great and is protected. They sent me some business cards with the coupon code "cardme" for 10% off if anyone wants to use the code.

I also got a Kingston 2GB micro SD (with SD adapter) for about $8 after rebate from buy.com. Works great in my 6800.

As far as crystal cases go, here is a response I received from Seidio

Thank you for your inquiry at Seidioonline. We will be happy to assist you
with your concern. Currently, we do not have the Crystal case in stock for
the PPC 6800. We should have the Crystal case in stock in the next 3 weeks.
If you would like to be emailed with updates on the PPC 6800 accessories,
please email PPC6800@seidio.com . We apologize for the inconvenience.

The cradle would be good if you wanted to charge a spare battery - that is the reason I used my 6700 charger.

The other thing that would be great is if they listed the part numbers so you could look for OEM parts.

Well guys,

The new microsdhc cards do work on the 6800. Hopefully the price will start to come down.

Luv my 6800! But I would like to see these accessories. Please post if you have a solution.

1. DESKMOUNT – Was totally bummed it did not come with a desktop charging and sync stand like the 6700 did. More disappointed that the 6700 didn’t fit. I could mod the 6700 stand if I wanted and might have to end up doing that.

2. CAR KIT – Ultimately I would like a solid car mount, where I could just plug in the 6800 to the cradle and it would have audio output to standard mini headphone jack as well as charge the phone. Might need a few accessories combined to do this but a one unit solution would be awesome!

3. GPS – Small Bluetooth GPS receiver to use with Google maps, etc. I know there are a ton out there but I am looking for the best one at the best price which will also have a mini-USB charging port and be small so I could carry it in my pocket as well.

Shieldzone.com and Bestskinsever.com have the really good screen protectors that have a lifetime guarantee. These things are the material they use on the front of helicopter blades to keep they from getting dinged. They're super protective and have gotten rave reviews.
