Mogul stuck in bootlaoder screen HELP PLEASE

i tried to unlock my phone to mess with some new stuff but im new to this now im stuck in the red green blue and white screen and it reads
TITA100 MFG
SPL-2.40.Olipro
CPLD-9
and it says serial at the bottom
can some one please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!
tried soft and hard reset and nothing happened unless it was done wrong

Thats normal so relax. Since you did install Olipro 2.4 though, go look in your C:\ttn240mfg\titan_exitbl.exe and click in the titan_exitbl.exe file which will exit you out of the BL mode

Or you can flash another ROM at this point.

i think i might of erased all the stuff that was down loaded because i thought my phone was trash !what other steps can i take ??im basicly desperate for help! i almost need a walk threw

Download exitbootloader, and follow the directions in the thread Stuck in TITAN bootloader? Read this!. Which basically entails disabling activesyc USB connection. Everybody has been in this situation, just do some reading and you will be fine. With the tools here it is almost impossible to brick your phone.

how do u flash another rom??? im clueless on all this stuff

Try double clicking it on your computer and it should run itself

where do i find it ... dude im sorry im wicked new to this and need serious help exspensive phone and cant even use it
