Incoming call issue with 20748 ROM

I built a really lite 20748 ROM in BuildOS and when I receive an incoming call no incoming call box pops up and the ringer does not ring. The only thing that happens is the left softkey on the screen will display "call status" and that's it. Any ideas to fix this guys? And another thing I noticed, ActiveSync keeps opening, is there a fix for this as well? TIA!!
