Text Messages wont send on WinMob 6.1

Ok I have Sprint and I just did the update to 6.1 last week. My text messaging worked fine at first then my friends told me that they were receiving my texts late. My messages just go to the outbox and never send. I have tried uninstalling my apps, using the MSL to check the MDN and MSID, and I have banged my head against the wall for a couple of hours with Sprint techs just to get disconnected with no solution other than get another phone. Mail, Phone, and Internet work fine just SMS is out. HELP!!!
