can't delete an email

here's a strange one - Mogul 6800 - stock email client - there's an email which no matter what I try, it will not delete. I've rebooted, tried to move it, delete it in a couple of different ways but it still sits in my inbox. I can send/recieve Ok.

any ideas?

That may be one you will want to manually delete your account and reset it up. I believe the folder is in My Documents on the phone but a hard reset would honeslty be better.

Do you sync with Outlook on a computer?
