MetroPCS EVDO

I can connect no problem to the 1X network but when I try to connect to the EVDO it tells me my user name and password is incorrect.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

Metro Pcs doesn't have EV support yet, they are still on RT. I have limited knowledge of their network but I do know for a fact they don't support EV yet.

They have EVDO in Dallas.

I should have said, one of the tech guys at the corporate store said they have EVDO in Dallas.

What if you call Metro and play a fool type user saying that your samsung phone doesnt connect to the internet everytime you see a little "E" on the signal bar... they might release some secret information lol

I beleive that using EVDO, the Metroweb doesnt go thru a proxy then .... What if when on EV you choose to be the default connection some other connection without proxy?

Good idea, I think I will try a different connection when it goes into EV. I tried changing my password to a bunch of other settings so that doesnt work.

check again with another person, if possible at another location.

They told me it is still on RxTT at plano location.
