Phone Audio Only through corded heaphones. Help!

I have had my Sprint Mogul for over a year now, have upgraded to the Latest HTC Sprint release (WM6.1) and just now have tried to use my corded headphones for the first time.
I am using a USB adapter I bought from SEMSONS.

2-in-1 mini USB and 3.5mm Stereo Audio Multi-Adapter for ATT 8525, 8925; T-Mobile Dash, HTC TyTN, TyTN II, Touch, Diamond

The problem I'm having is I get no audio through the headphones for any app except for the phone.

Sounds like a setting to me but I have not been able to find anything on this.

Has anybody else had this problem and/or know of a fix?
