qwest ppc 6800... help? :P

I can not figure out how to get ruu to work. i have a qwest ppc 6800, i have spc code. took me awhile to find it :P, i have the newest titan unlocker. but i can not get it to work right. i have latest net framework on computer. when i run unlocker, it goes to the red yellow green.. well i think was green screen, were it says olipro 1.10. then i unconnect cable reconnect, active sync sometimes closes, and sometimes, it will get to the percentage bar, get to 1% and then it gives me Invalid_vendor_id, what do i do? lol i got the cricket prl in it, just want change the images. and get mms and wap to work. :P and anything else possible that i can =D im new to this kinda stuff, only been playing with phones for like a week now, im good at getting prls in phone (not harD) lol but have not got wap to work on any yet. i got qpst. and lotsa programs, but im just dumb =/ any 1 shed some light on me? =D
