Internet Tethering with verizon randomly disconnects

Okay, here's the setup...

HTC Titan
Verizon Wireless
$45/mo Unlimited Data Plan
USB Cable
Internet Connection Sharing

When I tether my phone to my laptop, the data connection will randomly drop, and the Internet Sharing window will just say "Disconnected".

Sometimes (about 50/50) I can just click "Connect" and it will reconnect without issue... The rest of the time, it takes a few tries...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
