need quick help fast regarding #778# I messed up

So I was viewing #778# and I went to edit mode, and edited something (I know what it is, and wrote down what was there before so i can redo it), and now when I dial #211 or #778# I get the BEEP BEEP Busy tone

Can someone help me go back to the menu or a way I can change it back?
