incoming call state

I know this has been discussed a few times in different forums, but I dont think there was ever a solution. On the Mogul, when you dial out with an area code first, it will tell you the name of the state where your calling. The thing that really annoys me though, is that when you get an incoming call, it will not tell you the state, or area of the caller. It does it on most Sprint phones I believe, but not on the windows based phones. Anybody have a solution, or any input? I guess not a big deal, but I appreciate the help.
