spb pocket plus locking my phone. plese help

so i really love this program so i keep trying to make this work. here is the problem. i install it and it will work for awhile, but then it starts putting up a white screen that says
"
windows pc
syncronized: today "and then the time last synced"

im almost possitive that pocket plus is the culprit because it only happens when it is installed.

does anyone know if there is some stupid option that i can click off to make this stop happening?

oh, and it happens as soon as i reset my phone, so more or less requires a hard reset to fix
