hi there im having issues with the wifi on my 6800, if i reset the phone it will connect on the first try but if i shut it off and try to reconnect it keeps telling my unavailable. I know its something wrong with the phone, i have done a hard reset and that didnt help, have went through my router settings a few times. i dont understand why i am having this problem, any advice for me? the router is a linksys 160n, which worked perfectly with my previous 5 moguls that were all garbage too...

with that being said, does anybody know what model the insurance would replace me with if i filed a claim? am really digging the touch pro 2 but id imagine that wouldnt happen, they may still have the moguls but i was figuring maybe not since they are somewhat old now. what do yall think i should do? tried working with sprint to send me a newer model but i am not paying 349 for another phone that may or may not work out for me...
