Wad, Wad2, Wad3

Okay master flashing roms thanks to all the great threads but i was curious if there were any walk through steps for wad, wad2, wad3. i have no idea what these progs are and where to get them, all i do know is ive seen screen shots and i would love to be able to put these themes on my mogul any help would be greatly appreciated seeing as how i have no clue about any of these wad stuff.... thanks for any help
