Thanks alot. My intent is to use the Mogul as a small laptop. I would like to use a bluetooth keyboard, mouse and hook the phone up to the monitor (along with the aux connected to speakers). I just like to explore all options with the Mogul.

if the chip is capable then there is a workaround (although it wont be pretty and would require custom software and soldering)

Go take a look at Redfly. Pricey. But lets you view the Mogul screen in an 800X600 size with a 10 hour battery life. Also has Usb expanability for the mogul and a VGA out.

look, the chip may be capable but its not going to happen. it most likely needs a lcd driver circuit. for example, most microprocessors can control and alphanumeric LCD but u need an hd7780 driver in between the two. just like ttl data can control output devices but need transistors (signal amp) in between.

i just bought a IBM t42 for 200$. it would cost more then that to do all of this.
