so they sent me yet another crappy refurb, that although functions has a horrible creaking sound when held, and though smaller than before the white spot is in the new phone. Its odd how some people get free upgrades thrown at them, and others get told to sod off. I am not even a SERO customer, I pay a decent sum for serivice. anyone know of a better channel to get ahold of sprint I have tried *2 and tried e-care to no real avail.

**edit**

lucked out and got Florida. talked to a rep for 20 min, then accounts services for about another 30 and now they are sending me a new mogul in box. my question is, does this reset the 30 days from getting a phone since I will be getting charged the whole price and then credited back when sprint receives the return kit.

my word to the wise is have a copy of the TEP warranty (not insurance) in hand as the reps will tell you things that go against the pamphlet.
