phone app doesnt work..

so after i removed wmwifirouter and a couple other stupid lil programs i was just tethering with, i did a soft reset an when my phone came back on it gave me an error like popup before the phone even fully restored saying, The file 'wmwr_cprog' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. If the problem persist try reinstalling or restoring this file. This error window also pops up whenever i hit the phone hardkey or open the phone app from my start menu on my phone.... Anyone kno what i can do..?
