getting out of dodge

I'm am leaving the us for about 3 weeks, I need to know what needs to be done to use my phone outside of the United States. I'm going to be in the Caribbean for two weeks and then off to the Greek isles. any help would be appreciated! thanks in advance.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you are using a Titan you are S.O.L. unless you are someplace that uses CDMA. Most places outside the US only use GSM. I would maybe buy a cheap prepaid GSM phone over there and just use that while on vacation. Even better, you just leave the phone behind and nobody can bother you while you're sitting on the beach sipping mai-tais

although that would be ideal i still need to do some stuff with my mogul, I'm pretty sure I had the capacity to do this with my 6700, and since the mogul is billed as a "Busines Mans PDA" i just figured it had the same ability by default. however in hind sight that would mean i would have to give Sprint credit for being logical! LOL:......

What exactly do you need to do? Can most of it be done with wi-fi? I'm not sure what kind of coverage you have there or which carrier.

If you decide to leave your phone at home make sure u carry a picture of it with you so you have something to look at when you start missing it.
