i had mine replaced about a month ago. They ended up having to order it, and said they would call when it was in which was 3-5 days. I kept calling the store after 3 days to see what the deal was or at least so i could get an update. i ended up getting it about a week later.
give the store a call...tell them you want some sort of update. |

It was probably was an Advanced Exchange, they usually take that long. Ive seen instances where the techs just dont call the people when they come in, my suggestion is to call them and see if they can give you a tracking number.

two days ago went to to store, mine was messed up,l came back a hour later and they gave me a new one out of the box

Just tell them that you want credit for a different replacement model. The should credit your account $549. Then you can buy a Treo 800w, and return it within 30 days. By that time they should have diamonds in stock..
