Ok... I'm all good to go now! FINALLY! Thanks everyone.

flashed the stock sprint 2.17 rom
unlocked using olipro 2.40 bootloader
flashed the stock sprint 3.56 rom
flashed to custom rom

I have the exact same problem, except ActiveSync is no longer seeing my Titan. I do not know how to flash a non-GPS version (like the ones above - 2.16; 2.17) without ActiveSync. I know USB connection is working, just activesync is not acknowledging the device is connected. Any otherway of flashing a non-GPS?

You can flash using the SD method. Use winrar to open the files he gave. Take out the RUU_signed.nbh. Then you can use the SD card method. Read the section about the SD method on my tutorial. It is linked in my signature.
