"Phone" keeps popping up after closing window, HELP!

So, i have a Verizon xv6800 flashed with dcc 3.2.2, Everything seems to work nicely, except one thing that is driving me nuts.

Sometime when I close down an application or menu, the "phone" automatically pops up. It has to be some sort of software glitch, I just don't know how to fix it. I also can't seem to find anybody else having this problem.

By "phone" I do mean the screen that come up to let you dial numbers, and call people.

If anybody else is having this problem, or knows the solution. PLEASE HELP!
