Minor issues with HTC Touch Today plugin

Hi All,
I'm having a couple of minor issue with the setup of the HTC Touch Today plugin.

1) The left icon that shows the number of new email messages takes me to the mms folder of outlook vs the email inbox folder. I have not been able to find the place to change this. I'm sure it's simple and I'm just being blind - but I've not been able to find this.

2) Is there a way to add an item/icon on this bar that will show the number of new voicemails and then call/dial voicemail when clicked. Don't know if this is possible - but it's a feature I'd like to implement.
