Are there any special precautions before selling my mogul?

Hi, just as the title states, should I take any extra precautions before selling my mogul on EBAY to protect any data I may have had on it? I plan to install the current 6.1 rom (sprint) update before hand so it will be fresh as if you just bought it, I was just wondering about all the little files that may lurk & hide with in. Thanks in advance!
