HELP! My keypad fell apart!

Okay, so the center d-pad on my 6800 just fell off. Don't know where or when it happened. But my only question is, how and where can I find a replacement one to replace the one I have now.

You could look on ebay, you may have to buy a phone that is busted, I doubt someone would just sell the d-pad. I don't know how long you have had the phone, but you could try and take it to the store and get a new one. My phone was bricked during a upgrade and my computer crapped out on me, Sprint gave me a brand new Mogul without a hassel.

the same button fell off my 6800 also. Its been 8 mths since i upgraded to this phone so i'll try altell for a replacement.

just take the phone in and have them order a replacement for you. its not a repair model so you would get another phone (either refurb or new) based on availability
